  : The front desk help and owner were both very friendly.
  : 1. There was no good and secure lock on the front door. There was no dead bolt. There was only a flimsy ball and slide type of security apparatus that looked and felt like it was on its last leg. I didn't think it would work. I tried to prop a chair against the door--but I knew that probably would not work either--if someone tried to get in. I was traveling by myself and feeling very safe and secure inside of my motel room was especially important to me. 2. I was traveling when COVID hit its highest point during the second wave. Neither the owner nor the young woman who was running the front desk were wearing masks. The Plexiglas at the check-in counter was a good preventative, but both of those individuals should have been wearing masks as well. After all, at their front door, there was a sign that said, "No mask, no entry." That level of care and concern should have extended to them as well!

  : The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. It was real basic but the price should have been less. The room was clean except for the smell. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke ( my room was 2 door down) The staff was very nice. It was very quiet and the cable worked well.

  : Poorly lit parking lot in poor repair. The security lock on the inside door was broken off. The only lock was the door knob with and old fashioned key. Unsafe! The threshold to the room which walks directly in from parking lot looked as if it had been tampered with many times and nearly destroyed. The wall AC/heating unit was broken and filthy yet still in place in the wall. The mechanism proving heat was a grate-like unit with exposed red hot elements. I have never seen anything like it. The room was sweltering hot and stuffy. Opening a window was not an option-Not safe! No Covid precautions or policy was in place in the room at all-no ventilation! Beat up, miss-matched furniture with dirt visible in all of the nooks and crannies-Not healthy or safe! Frankly, it is a “No tell Hotel.” The man checking me in was not competent with his electronic system. He made an inappropriate comment that inferred that I was there for the Hotel’s obvious purpose. After unloading and trying to figure out how to keep myself and my puppy safe, healthy and out of harm’s way, I realized that was impossible. I Immediately packed my things and puppy back in my vehicle and left as quickly as possible. I’m sure the people peeking out of their mis-hung curtained windows were quite amused! This facility needs to be REMOVED booking.com options IMMEDIATELY! Do not risk your health, safety and well-being to save $10 or $20. I rented a room that same night at beautiful hotel downtown for an additional $10 that was not only safe and secure, but practicing state of the art Covid 19 safety measures. I

  : Every thing clean and fresh. Maintenance was being done when needed. Older building well maintained.

  : The stains, the chair, there were fingernails under the mattress. Just looked old and dingy. It was cheap though so I didn’t expect much anyways
