  : Close and easy to get to the mountain, restaurants, etc. Wooded setting in back is nice to look out on. Kitchen appliance are nice and newer. Fireplace is great to have.
  : Perhaps i didn't see it listed that it's a basement unit... 1 small window at the ceiling line and a patio door. The build quality had a older look to it... (though the outside looked newer) and it somewhat had that look of it's built out just enough to be a rental unit. Lighting fixtures don't cover holes in the wall, trim work needs a little TLC, bathroom towel racks hardly mounted to the wall, the tub / shower are older and had extra layers of calk around it. Water turns brown after the shower runs for 3 people. No access to the ski locker.
