  : The size of the suite was wonderful. Great bedroom, kitchen and living room. Nice view and was wonderful to have our own deck.After several attempts, finally got a staff member to help me open the door. She was incredible and much appreciated.
  : I arrived at 7pm and did not have a code for the door. What I thought was the code was actually a confirmation from booking.com. The staff number was the owners assistance line. They were extremely unhelpful at first and kept putting me there to a vacasa help line that had a wait time of up to 8 hours ! Finally a staff member (a woman) was kind enough to find a rental code to get us in the room. I was traveling alone with my 4 year old, so you can imagine the panic of not being able to get in to my room.That staff member saved the day!Once we got in, the room had not been vacuumed and was visibly dirty.The next day, I got through to a vacasa rental assistant (turns out there’s a number you can press if you’re already in the room) and was told that they could provide a vacuum, yes. Due to then difficulty of the arrival and the state of the room I asked kindly if I could receive a discount on my stay or perhaps a credit. I was told they would ask the manager. The manager denied my request.I enjoyed my stay at this property due to the beautiful location and size of the space. However, really more needs to be done to make sure guests can gain access to their rooms.

  : We arrived around 4:30pm and found trash in the garbage. It had been wiped down but not really cleaned. We had booked for 2 adults and 2 children and were given enough towels but there was no extra pillows or blanket for the pull out sofa. Thankfully we brought our own. The sofa was dusty and broken as it was missing springs at the base of the bed. Again not a huge issue for my small kids. We found beer bottle caps on the floor. It did not appear vacuumed. Furniture was really outdated from the late 80's or 90's. View was awful as it faces the parking lot and one of the entrances. The curtains were not blacked out so we recieved light from the main entrance until the morning. Walls were thin and could hear everyone going up and down the main staircase. Was not told that indoor pool and game rooms had been closed (due to covid-19 which makes sense) so with a day full of rain we decided to leave 1 day early and return home. We have stayed in other condos that were better situated and in better shape. We do not recommend this particular condo.

  : Close proximity to the slopes. Friendly staff at the bar Hops in Bldg 1 - they gave plastic cups and spoons on day 1, and advised where is the closest store.
  : Apartment wasn't clean: bathroom sink, kitchen sink, kitchen countertops were dirty. Carpet in living room wasn't vacuumed. No cleaning supplies were left to correct (mop, vacuum, spray). Bedroom smelled like smoke - this was supposed to be smoke-free unit. Coffee machine carafe was missing. No coffee mugs, no spoons - had to go buy at the store. No frying pan. No hangers. Bathroom ceiling had water damaged and broken ceiling tiles. Ripped wallpaper in bedroom. No one to contact for missing supplies or cleaning issues. Pictures online are from many years ago. We saw that unit wasn't updated, but didn't expect dirty, run down, and missing basic supplies. Called in to confirm that gym and pool work and got confirmation. Upon arrival found out that both do not work. We would have stayed at a better facility otherwise - specifically pick this location for pool and gym. Parking lots are overflowing. Shuttle is running, but no information regarding schedule. We had this unit booked for February 2022 and was planning to book it for December 2021 as well, but will now start looking for another apartment.

  : Great location. Easy access with door lock code. The shuttle was active and frequent, but direct to lift. Staff delivered extra supplies fast when requested. The gym was open. Hangers were added to closets (this is our second stay in this unit).
  : Advertised a queen bed in the bedroom but it was a double. The range wasn't properly cleaned and had oil inside the heating element, which smoked and set off the alarm. Pegs are missing to hang jackets (2 out of 5). No mats to place wet boots, no boot tray. The advertised fireplace wasn't working. Peeling wallpaper and unfinished patches on walls. Dislodged showerhead and hanging heating lamp in the bath. The advertised pool and sauna were closed.
