: The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and when he saw us the next day he made sure to say hi to us and asked how our day was going. The front desk staff always said hello. The breakfast was delicious. Room was clean.
: Not enough restaurants within walking distance to eat dinner. Although the BBQ place near by was really good. We also checked out before breakfast was served and it would have been nice if they had an early to go option.

: The rooms were very clean, and nice size. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good, nice selection of foods. Staff were all very nice and helpful when needed, our toilet seat was broken and I notified someone on the second night stay and he fixed it within minutes.
: Checking in took forever, like a 30 plus minute wait, lines were really long, I know they were really busy, but maybe go to online checking in and have a app to get into the rooms. The beds were hard and pillows were all the same, too big and bulky which gave me a neckache so I slept with none. Would be nice to have a couple of different types. Pool was only open till 10, would of been nice to have it open until 11, we never got to use it in evenings, just mornings. Again, I know the motel was packed and busy, but the breakfast line was way too long, ran out of plates, silverware, and of course food, try extending the hours so not everyone is in the line between 8-9. Toilet seat was broken in one of our rooms, called the front desk multiple times and couldn't get threw, we found someone on our floor on the second night and he fixed it right away.

: Room is perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed. Love the aircon. Clean. Room service great. Staff is wonderful & helpful & the airport shuttle drivers JJ and Jay are exceptional and knowledgeable. Exceptional Customer service. Spacious areas. Lots of areas to.sit in the lobby and dining. Didn't use pool and gym but looks great. Breakfast is good. Will definitely stay again.
: Laundry facility is good BUT there's only one washing machine and one dryer so having more than 1 load to wash and dry takes ages Other than that everything was great!!! Will definitely stay again.
