  : The bartender, Dom, was great. The manager's reception every night made this place an 8. The location is close to the airport, and the shuttle was nice. The free breakfast was better than the last time we stayed.
  : The place is dated. Rooms are okay, ceilings are low, and the bathrooms are small. Our daughter hit her hand on the sprinkler head while getting ready. We stayed at 5 different hotels on our recent trip, and this was not the best one. It is unfortunate because we used to love going to Embassy Suites, but they just aren't what they used to be.

  : The room set-up was really nice. Breakfast was really good.
  : I'm a big Coffee fan & the coffee at breakfast was really bad. The pods in the room were really good. Beds were a little too firm for my liking

  : Put handles in shower in each room. Make sure paper products are refilled, ran out of tissues. Secure front door of hotel. Maybe this is already done, thank you.

  : The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The atrium is always pleasant at Embassy Suites. The nightly reception with free drinks was great. The bartenders were wonderful. We even ate at the hotel bar/restaurant and were surprised at how delicious the food was there. The shuttle to/from the airport was great.
  : If it wasn't for the bartenders and the food at the restaurant, I would have given it a 6. The staff didn't seem all that interested in being there or helping. When I booked, I asked for towels for the 3 of us, and there were only enough for 2. They also didn't have the sofa bed ready for our child to sleep on. The breakfast was not up to normal Embassy Suites standards, very disappointing. This is our 4th Embassy Suites to stay in, but it wasn't in the top 3. It's still a good value and location.
