  : Bathtub drains slowly.

Disappointing
Traveller Type: young couple
: Location was good. Outdoor seating was pleasant with decent garden. Bed was decent.
: 1. COmmunication poor. No 12:30 directions on which apartment was ours and code. Had to leave message at 2:30. She replied within the half hour but only with directions, no code. Had to call. Then no WiFi code, had to call again. All could have been bundled into one text.2. Cleanliness is poor. Bugs were around. Bathroom not clean, all floors and rugs were bad too.3. Content needs improvement. No dish soap but a note was posted to remind everyone to wash dishes. Two forks, four spoons. No coffee filters.

Very Poor

  : There was no breakfast.
: This woman is a hoarder and apparently regularly overbooks. She says it’s booking.com it over books her not her. I booked because the location was close to the airport but then when I got there she had an a room and move me to a place it was a $50 taxi ride away and a total mess. She charged me $120 cleaning fee but I asked me to make my own bed before I could go to sleep.
