  : I booked my room 2 days before arrival. Breakfast was included per the site at booking (requirement when I select hotels). When I arrived, they let me know when "coffee" would be available the next morning. I asked when Breakfast would start and was told that "they're working on getting that back". When I stated that it was included in my stay per the site, the person checking me in just shrugged his shoulders and moved on. The parking lot was being paved, which would have been okay, but the staff pointed out which way to go to get to my room door and you could not even drive that way. I was told that my room was located right between door 3 & 4, so I could park at either door. I parked at door 4 and my room ended up being right inside door 3. I had to carry all of my things to the opposite side of the building. While the front desk clerk was nice, he was extremely unhelpful and not knowledgeable.

  : The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also liked that my room had a balcony. The location, near SR31 and the 465 beltway, was very convenient.
  : I stayed at Sonesta for four days & three nights, and my room was not cleaned the entire time. There is a nice breakfast bar area in the lobby of the hotel, but there was never any breakfast served while I was there.

  : Location was good.
  : The breakfast items ran out very early each day we were there. Coffee pot was always empty - trash cans overflowing. No one seemed to be in charge of replenishing any of the items. One of our rooms had no bath towels and when we asked for them at the desk, they told us to come back in an hour.

  : Good location. Adequate rooms. Maintenance man was prompt and courteous.
  : The weekend staff was abysmal. They are not interested in customer service. It felt as we the customer were an inconvenience to their web surfing. They do not offer any type of breakfast despite having the space and area to serve breakfast which would justify theirexcessive nightly room rate .

  : Had a wonderful time with my children and grandkidsThe place was packed, yet they worked to accommodate my request to have rooms near one another particularly for the grandkids to easily visit and share time.I will always cherish warm moments with some of my favorite people.Many thanks!(Especially Kai at the desk!
