: Beautiful location near Diamond Peak. Easy access from highway 80. Restaurants, drugstores, grocery stores and gas are nearby. Cabin has wifi and a kitchen. Owner supplied soap, shampoo, and towels. Water heater worked well.
: Driveway, steps and stairs were full of ice and had several feet of snow. My vehicle got stuck in the deep snow of driveway when I stupidly parked there anyway. Had to get help getting unstuck. Dangerous ice steep steps to get to the front door. I called Vacasa, the rental agent, to request a refund due to the dangerous conditions, but they never bothered calling me back. Dangerous metal spike sticking out of the front door, which is easy to puncture your head on. Downstairs double bed is extremely old and saggy. Could not sleep in it. Slept in single beds upstairs. Cabin was at 41 degrees inside upon arrival. The extremely loud heater took about 12 hours to heat the cabin to room temperature. Downstairs couch and chairs are extremely uncomfortable for both sitting and laying. There was no wood for the fireplace upon arrival. Kitchen was very poorly equipped. No washer/dryer in cabin - the owner removed them. Checkout time is extremely early - 10am. I asked for late checkout after noticing that the cabin was not booked for the next 4 days, but Vacasa refused. If you like to be uncomfortable, don't care to sleep in a good bed, and you like to stay in a minimalistic cabin, this is the place for you!

: House was extremely dusty dingy and musty. Animal hair was present everywhere even the towels couch and bedding

: The cabin is in a great location with easy access to Diamond Peak.
: The internet connection was intermittent and down most of the time.We ran out of hot water in the shower twice.
