  : it was private and had a nice kitchen. The staff were friendly when we could contact them. shops were within walking distance (20 mins) and paths were paved.
  : Before arrival they didn’t communicate well. As a group, we asked to pay on separate cards but the card we booked with was charged in full before the date they said it would be charged. For five nights with an international group this was an expensive complication. We arrived late and they didn’t give us the right address so we wandered around for over an hour at midnight with all our luggage after some of us had been traveling for 30 hours from abroad to get there trying to find it. No answer from any of the “emergency” numbers. Nothing was clean and we had to make all our own beds and shower with hair all over the floors then arrange for cleaners the next day. Our “free bottle of wine” promised with the room was never received. The office staff were unable to find specific information regarding what would be reimbursed for the cleaning fee on the first day. Uber was very unreliable and expensive, buses were difficult to navigate. The internet quit working because there were “too many people using the server.” If you’re not American, I recommending a proper hotel. This was much more like an AirBnB.
