Disappointing

: The location was near restaurants and the beach, though the view from the house was dumpsters.
: The description is deceptive. The beds were full size, not queen. They were old and had thin mattress covers on top that had lumps. The floor was sinking in in several places. The entire house shook when you walked. It was cramped and uncomfortable. The check-in time was late, 4pm, especially considering check-out is 10am. The property manager told us he wished the check-out time was even earlier because he has too many houses to see each day. The cleaning crew was still there cleaning when we arrived at 4pm. Overall, disappointing. Vacasa is awful and I would never book through them again.

: Other than being able to take a walk on the beach and enjoy seafood.
: The rental was a total disappointment as I made your company aware of. Too bad so sad take it upbwith accommodations attitude was basically all I got from you after sending pictures and emailing customer service. I will not be using booking.com again. Overpriced for the accommodations and the ad totally misrepresented the location and the home itself. I did contact the owner and she assured me we would be compensated for the problems we incurred. She seemed unaware of the issues we found while staying there. She is working on those. The way this whole thing went I feel we were scammed. FIRST AVENUE FANTASY was not my fantasy as I do not live in those conditions

Very Good

: Close location to the beach! Walking distance from things! Nice to park on the site. Makes it easy coming and going. Felt safe.

: The property was close to the beach we love the deck over all the space was nice ...
: The bathroom was nice but the tub had a large crack in the middle where you stand to take a shower felt like sink spot in the tub the water ran outside under the house when you used the shower.. the deck could use some refresh paint..

  : The beach
: Our 1st night, we got some rain, not much. Woke up to a foot of water under our cabin. We barely got to move our car before it flooded. With no other place to park. Also, we asked around about you knowing it flooded and still rented it out to people with no warning. The property next to us had sand filled in that day for their guests, we got nothing. Then emailed you guys, nothing. We left early because we were tired of walking through water everytime we wanted to leave or come back. The view sucked, your advertisement on this property is fake. Our view is of dumpsters and semi trucks unloading at a store alllll day and into evening. There is a picture on website that there is a bridge that leads to beach, false no vfc theres not. Must be from one of those other properties you own. Not happy, will not be vacationing with this company again, and I will pass my info on to others I know who go stay at the gulf. Also, I took tons of pics because you do not put much time and $ into your properties and it shows really well. Atleast not this one. The tub had a huge crack, everytime we got in thought we were going to go through floor.

Wonderful

: Location was GREAT. Just off the main drag near town and walkable to restaurants and shopping as well as the beach.
: Would like a bigger TV

: How close we were to everything
: The dryer was broken, the bathtub had a crack in it. The beds weren’t comfortable

: The location was good. That was only the only thing good about it.
: House was not very clean, ceiling fan was dirty pictures were dusty. The pictures on the web site needs to be updated because the house didn't look like it. Big cracks in the bathtub. Furniture I. The living room was stained.
