  : Not a big deal, but you may want to let guests that if they have more than one vehicle in their party, one can park in the Boardwalk parking area and the other will need to park across the street. Not a big deal for us, but it would be nice to know before.

  : Beds were extremely comfortable! Even the guest bedroom which isn’t normal. Updated, quiet unlike other condos we have stayed in at Gulf Shores. Nice people all around that we met.
  : Internet was awful. Affected the TV service because they were all Roku TV’s. Owner should put the Wi-Fi as password protected, I think anyone in the area connects since it’s an open network. The later at night it went when people went to bed it was better and not spinning every other minute to watch a show! This has absolutely nothing to do with this particular condo but someone in the complex was smoking skunk weed on the balcony several times a day! It stunk up the entire outside and also made its way into our condo! We actually thought at one point they knew people were talking about it and started to just smoke it inside their condo because it literally started coming through the vents and was extremely strong in bathrooms that weren’t even close to being by doors

  : Loved the location. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Short drive to other stuff. The facility was well maintained. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
  : The dryer didn't work well. Had to run several times to dry items. The washing machine sounded like it was on its last leg as well.

  : The view was spectacular!!! The proximity to the beach was excellent. The property was very spacious for my family of eight.

  : Broken chair,dirty patio furniture and missing pillows. Sorry but wr spend alot of time on patio watching the ocean. Had to take bar stools outside to sit on. Do not think it was worth the money. Sorry but you kept asking. Love area and have stayed at this facility before and it was wonderful. But this unit was not worth price.

  : Beautiful ocean side view, very spacious, washer‐dryer and dishwasher were a plus, easy access to the beach staff was friendly and helpful
  : The beds were not very comfortable, there was also no heavy blankets and parking on the same side of the road as the condo was hit or miss all day depending on ur luck but there was a parking lot right across the street. Price was a little high after everthing gets figured in but would definitely stay here again
