  : The location is close to Yosemite.
  : We arrived at 7.30 pm. The temperature in the house was set at 83 degrees. It was hot, stuffy and smelled really bad inside. We found out the trash can in the kitchen was overflowing. The cleaning staff didn’t take out the trash. There were hairs on the towels. We booked the house for a party of 5 adults and one infant. They only gave us 4 towels. No kitchen towel. One roll of toilet paper for a three bathroom house. No shampoo or conditioner, no trash bags, no soap bars even though the booking specified that those items are included. If you use a wet paper towel to wipe the floor it came up black. We contacted the host to get new sheets and towels and stuff and did not get our stuff until 10 pm.

  : Really spacious accommodation. Fantastic setting- swimming in the lake was a real bonus. Teenagers loved being able to play table tennis. Staff at golf club were very helpful when we spoke to them and playing a round on such a lovely course was great.
  : Although property was generally clean and tidy the carpets throughout the house needed a really good ‘going over’. Not sure whether this was just us coming at end of summer season. Parking on driveway was a bit tricky- wouldn’t be wanting to do it in the winter!!

  : Room layout was nice. Ping pong table. Movies
  : Property was looks nice from out side. But all the bathroom Towels were very wet and was inconvenient to washing towels and drying late at night. Also floor and rugs weren’t clean. Should have disposable slippers or could let us know we needed to bring slippers. But my major issue was Poor customer service system and no response email for my questions. Especially wild fire was around the area and concerned about COVID-19 for my kids. It wasn’t trustworthy property management company. It was so disappointed prior to the vacation. Because we felt property management don’t care but only money. Because they sent me email was only about no refund for my type of reservation.
