Snowy Farmhouse

Good
Traveller Type: family with young children
: Location, size, cleanliness, amenities, bear spray, muck boots. Great place for some college kids to crash and ski all week, but not great for a family that is expecting relaxation and comfort.
: One window in the entire house opened. No screens on any openings. No way to cool the house without letting bugs inside. No curtains at all in 2/3 bedrooms, let alone blackout curtains which are needed. Not sure about electrical codes in Alaska, but there are many questionable outlets, including near the kitchen sink.
