: Location. 2 blocks from the Alyeska Day Lodge parking lot. Interesting house. Hot tub. Close to grocery (we cross country skied over to pick up groceries). Allowed to bring our dogs. Girdwood is a great place to spend some time. Grill. Windows! Views in every direction. Warmmany Girdwood houses are drafty or chilly in the winter. The kids enjoyed the foosball table. Clean.
: Lots of maintenance issues: 2 of 3 kitchen lightbulbs were burned out. Kitchen clock battery dead. No knives sharp enough to cut with. Can opener does not function (metal is bent). Maters bedroom screen is torn. Downstairs toilet tank cover is broken in half. Several light switch knobs are missing (kitchen). Dishwasher not working. Dining room table only has 2 chairs. Kitchen bar not deep enough to eat at. Bar stools too short for counters height. Where is a family of 6 to eat?
