  : My whole trip was ruined by an inconvenience that the property owner is already aware of. I appreciated the help and understanding of the property owner to try and make things right. I wouldn’t stay again but the owner was very courteous.
  : I feel that the property owner should probably reevaluate his cleaning staff, because not everyone would simply walk away with just a refund when it comes to a health issue. I’m not going to speak specifics because the owner was a wonderful person and very understanding, but the cleaning staff should have been VERY aware of this issue.
