  : the water softener was extremely loud and woke us all up throughout the night. we were very unhappy to find used screws in the driveway where we were driving daily.

  : The inside is nice and comfy, downstairs gets crazy cold during the winter nights so the space heaters they provided definitely came in handy. Loved the dishwasher and had plenty of dishes for us.
  : We honestly ended up leaving a day early. There was a loud knocking sound that would go off almost every 5 minutes or so. Its so loud the ceiling would rattle if you slept in the downstairs bedroom we could never figure out what it was we thought it was maybe from the heater but it wasnt that. The WiFi is terribly slow so if you have your own your better of using it. The biggest pot they had was a sauce pot and the fry pans need to be thrown away everything sticks to them, the Teflon has been gone on them; so we had to buy a bigger pot. One of the downstairs bathroom shower liners was 2 holes away from being completely ripped off so we didnt use that shower. The first night I went to put my clothes in the drawer the bottom of it fell off tried to fix it with no suck luck. The washer machine doesnt drain the clothes properly so we had to wring out a good majority if the clothes by hand and put it in the dryer to dry 1 set of clothes 6-8 times. The fire place didnt work, someone did come in to fix it for us but when we got back to the house to turn it on it didnt come back on so we didnt bother to try anymore. Definitely need to look into changing the pillows theyre terribly flat and also the bedding and pillow cases. Some of them had a musky smell to it like someone was there before us and it wasnt changed or like it had been sitting for a while and nobody put fresh cover and cases on the bed so we ended up buying our own.

  : loved the hot tub and games downstairs, beautiful home overall.
  : scuff / coloring marks on the floor, globs of hair on shower curtain, built up dust and dirt along bunk beds, and also rodent droppings in the pull out couch !

  : The kitchen could be better equipped, but staff was quick to bring us things that we needed.

  : It COULD have been a decent place if it was anything close to advertised.
  : The rat we found in the toilet when we arrived, the hot tub was disgusting and smelled like old pond water, the internet didnt work so no music or television. Bad customer service and poor response to issues.
