: The room was bare like they were in the middle of renovation very plain nothing on the walls the floors were beautiful but we had to sweep and mop them when we got there very dusty. The bar stools were of no use only a I inch lower than the counter. The king and queen beds were fi e but the bunks were uncomfortable and old . All of the furniture seemed old and the supplies in the kitchen were sparce.i have stayed in this unit several times in the past and while we had a great time being together for our annual trip we didn't enjoy the unit as much. I have stayed with the Nautilus many times inthe past a d will continue to do so but I get a better deal when I book from. I get a 10% discount and chairs. And it usually does not cost as much. I know this unit will be nice when it is finish just wish we could have been there when it was finished

: Great spacious room, comfortable beds, convenient location and all necessities to get you started. Pool was clean and condo was right on beach. Bottom floor, so a slight view but hearing the waves while sitting on porch , was a plus. Would rent again. Also we had 4 grandkids and 4 adults plenty of room for all.
: The batteries in remotes were dead. And floor was very dirty when you walk on the floors barefoot. And beach chairs do not come with this room. I didnt know that ahead of time.

: Property managers were TERRIBLE! There was a leak above us and the way they handled it was absolutely unprofessional! I could go on and on! Things happen, but the way things are handled make or break the vacation! Sadly, it broke outs!!
