  : It was clean. The staff was helpful.
  : There were 4 floors but none of the elevators worked the 5 dates we were there. Two people in our party had a room on the 4th floor.A sign said the pool was closed for maintenance but it looked like the pool hadn’t been open all summer.The free breakfast ran out most of the selections and wasn’t refilled.I was charged $50. and I was told it was for any incidentals. The $50 was to be returned to my card at the end of my trip but only $39. was returned with no explanation.

  : Light fixtures were hanging by wires in the room. No vent fan in the bathrooms. No pool. No working elevators. The emergency maps didn't even match the payout of the hotel. TV remote was taped together.

  : The property is in close proximity to Carowinds.
  : There were so many issues. Found bright red blood stains on bedding and clean towels. Beds were hard and woke up with back pain every morning. The elevators and pool both were non operational. The WiFi only worked one of the five days we were there. Property was overall outdated and very dirty.

  : Nothing! Well the location. THAT IS IT
  : We booked a king room with sofa sleeper. It was on the third floor. Checked in they informed us the elevators were broke. We would have to log all of our stuff up three flights of stairs and also the pool was closed due to maintenance. We are a family on a travel ball trip in the only thing we wanted was a pool so we used the filters for pet friendly and pool. Looking at the photos we thought this was going to be a great hotel to accommodate our needs. They ended up putting us on the first floor because I had just had a medical procedure and could not climb the stairs, but it ended up being a double queen bed, which is cheaper than what we booked. We were informed we could not get a refund in the price difference due to booking with a third-party such as Booking.com. TV was broke on the side. Refrigerator was hanging out of cabinet. Air condition was leaking on the floor and there were paint chips all over the floor where I guess they tried to repair and dripped paint everywhere. The Blinder behind the curtains did not close entirely all the way, causing the street light to glaring into the window all night long The bed was right beside the air condition unit so if you slept on side froze all night long. Went to the lobby for a snack later on that evening completely out of drinks. Well only a select few diet drinks and bottled water were left. There were ice cream in the cooler so we grabbed one each and every single one was frozen bar. Year-old son looked at us and said mom this is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Don’t ever book it again.

  : My husband has a bad knee and the elevator was down the entire stay. It was very hard on him climbing stairs. And the pool was closed the entire weekend.

  : No hot water bathroom toilet overflow the clerk at night was not any help at all elavator was out needed 1st level floor and didn’t have a room to move me in so we had to suffer in that room until morning and only gave me a 40% discount which I deserve more it should have been a total refund because it was a horrible night and needless to say the springs in the bed poke you every time you move I didn’t take any pictures was really thinking about that but it was really sad
