  : The view and hot tub.
  : The house is not well maintained. Items such as curtains, carpets, blankets, bedding/comforters were dirty, in addition , items were not working properly ( windows, shades, shower, lights etc.). It has no air-conditioning and the window don't open. It had so many issues that were not resolved prior to our stay nor during our stay. No one checks on this property to make sure it's cleaned, complete repairs and replace certain items prior to their customers stay. Based on what they charge per week, I would expect things to be in great condition with no issues upon arrival. I would not recommend staying here unless they change their management company. Look for a different house for your vacation so you're not disappointed. You definitely don't want to spend your time dealing with the management company during your stay like we had to. They definitely do not have high standards, which is a shame.
