  : Nice place with a decent side view of the lake. covered parking space, TV in every room. I didn’t really use it, but kitchen looked well appointed. Comfortable apartment, could use a washer dryer, but overall very pleasant and comfortable. Easy driving distance to mountains.
  : Marketing too aggressive:1) For my three night stay the fees (cleaning, admin, taxes etc) added over 60% to the advertised cost on booking. These costs were not properly disclosed and left me feeling duped. (ie. you have to scroll down pages and read the fine print to figure out your total cost). shame on you Booking.com and Vacasa…2) Photos of property show a hot tub and pool… but I didn’t see it anywhere… maybe it’s in the other building? While contract makes no mention of pool, photos would lead one to pack a bathing suit…3) Apartment is on the third floor of a building with no elevator… At 10,000 feet elevation this becomes a relevant point to disclose…

  : When I booked, I requested an early check in and I received a message from Booking.com that the property said they would do their best to accommodate me on arrival. When I inquired further a day before arrival, I received a very stock answer that “early check in was not possible for this property,” with zero apparent attempt to live up to their word to at last try to accommodate me. If that’s the case—just say so when I book rather than promise one thing and then do something different.
