A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that this property can only accept service animals. Pets, therapy animals, and emotional support animals are not allowed.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to advise you that our coffee station, hot tubs, and activities department are temporarily closed. Our beach is currently open and following social distance guidelines (groups cannot exceed 6 people, and all groups must remain 10 feet apart). Our fitness center and game room are also open with social distancing guidelines.

Our pool is open, and poolside seating/lounging will be limited in the interest of maintaining proper social distancing. Our Tiki Bar is open daily for takeout.

Beginning in mid-February and continuing through June, the Daytona Beach Regency will be performing Garage Maintenance. Although we do not expect that there will be significant impact to our operation, there may be periods where garage parking access may be limited and there will be periods of construction and building-noise as well as dust/debris related to the Garage Maintenance project.
