  : They're really wasn't much to like. The house is run down and in a rundown neighborhood.
  : I'm so disappointed with the property and the local management. We called several times about the pool and the condition of the property overall. And one of the customer reps let me know that the VACASA corporate HQ had pictures depicting the algae and filth in the pool. We left the very next morning after not receiving any communication from the local manager after I had called his number multiple times in addition to calling the corporate and Orlando VACASA customer service lines. We want a full refund. We drove over 7 hours each way, hoping for a relaxing stress free weekend and you did not hold up your end of the transaction at all. Truly sad.
