: Pets allowed. Open floor plan for kids to run around. Lots of bedrooms and two master bedrooms were a good size.
: Paid for pool heat and pool was cold. Later was told the heat doesn’t work when cold outside, what’s the point then? It was refunded but disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool as we had planned. Also the kitchen was a little underwhelming stocked. Would have been nice to have a few more basics. Pans were warped and didn’t cook well. Selection of cooking items was strange.

: Not being able to add on heating for the pool and hot tub. We stayed 10 nights. I contacted them right away when we arrived. We thought it could be done. But, unfortunately it wasn't added on. We didn't get a chance to enjoy neither during our stay. I give the needing 72 hours prior to arrival a
