  : Nobody answered the door. I couldn’t even get the room way there for an hour. Had to go somewhere else.

  : The rooms were not as bad as the outside looked. It was still not nice but I was expecting worse.
  : The premises were horrible. There was graffiti on the outside of the building. The lobby seemed clean but very run down. I felt like crying because we spent almost $1000 on this stay and I was very upset especially because we felt stuck. There was nowhere else for us to go stay. The rooms were not ready for us to check in. We waited until almost 5pm. Also, the room was not as pictured. We asked for the rooms we reserved online and the receptionist said that they didn't have those. When we returned to the hotel there were 3 police cars in the parking lot and we had trouble trying to park and of course we were highly concerned for our 2 children and went to our rooms very stressed out.
