: breakfast was excellent
: when I secured the door with the dead bolt lock I was unable to unlock it to get out of the room. I called the desk a she sent a maintenance person up by that time I was finally able to get out..but the lock was compromised so I had to move to another room...The front desk comp me meal tickets.

: We had a handicapped shower…. The design is just not good, the bathroom remains messy and wet… which of course increases the likelihood of “insects”

: Upon arrival, no acknowledgment of being a Hilton Honors member…no welcome bag..no water..no upgrade. A luggage carrier was not available.. was given a rolling table from the lobby.The room was dirty..remote covered with grease…scalding water from sink and shower..iron didn’t work.Followed signs to the pool but there was no pole.Thomas Smith Honor’s number 1414268696
