  : There was no breakfast available. We had to purchased our own food, since it was an airbnb type location. The apartment was wonderful. Very spacious. Love the fact that it had two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  : Was a little hard to figure how to get the lock box open to collect keys.Clean overall; however noticed that the oven wasn't thoroughly cleaned and door to the broiler could not close properly. May need to consider replacing stove altogether. The lamp closet to the entry door of one of the bedrooms did not work.Temperature wall thermostat was very difficult to understand in adjusting the temperature. We could have used a user guide with simple instructions to be placed in apartment.Furniture was on the cheap side in living room and bedrooms. Would have loved to have had better furniture, more on the lines of furniture found in a quality hotel like the Marriott and a desk with chair.

  : Decorated beautifully. Loved the location, & the view (Charlotte skyline, not the cemetery) the pool was nice & the staff was very friendly.
  : Knit picking- but the tv remote didn’t work for the tv. Also accessible was difficult throughout the building, it’s good as far as safety terms but can be super confusing & time consuming going up down & all around when arriving & not being familiar with the area much less the building itself.

  : The owner gave very specific directions on how to access the key from the lockbox, where to park, and to place the parking "permit" on the dashboard of my rental car. HOWEVER: We could not figure out how to get the gate open when we were parked on the inside, in the parking lot. My son had to activate the gate from the "outside" post. I liked the secureness of the entire property. I liked the aspect of the pool and the workout facility.
  : Better directions for how to activate the gate to open from the parking lot side. We couldn't figure that out at all.Also, when we arrived on Thursday around 3:15pm, we drove into the visitor parking spot and as soon as I stepped out of the car, I was overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana. It was very discouraging to have to endure that. What a nasty, horrible smell. The bed in the master was not that good and in fact the entire bed frame that was connected to the headboard was loose and creaky. A thicker mattress would be desirable. I am a grown woman and if my husband had been with me, we could not have managed in that bed as it currently exists.
