  : Beds were comfortable. Beautiful views, available parking, house was spacious, nice backyard, smart tv, wasn’t too warm with no ac, location close to downtown Carlsbad.
  : Dusty, too much furniture and cluttered with stuff, not enough kitchen garbage bags (we had buy some), not enough fans, we were told it was a 6 minute walk to beach when it was a 20 min walk to the beach, needs darker shades on windows (too bright), no regular coffee maker (we had to order nespresso which we don’t like), stove was difficult to use, downstairs tub didn’t plug up, some outlets didn’t work and one near garage sounded like there was a shortage (fire hazard), inside kitchen cabinets under counter and drawers are dirty with tons of empty cleaning supplies, not enough towels and wash cloths. I would think that with the amount we spend on this place the above issues should not have been a problem.
