: Area is great and instructions were very clear online.
: The floor is soft in a lot of areas from rotting. The cheap laminate is clean, but you can feel dips in the floor. Especially master bedroom.

Poor
Traveller Type: family with young children
: The location was the only positive thing about this rental. It is right across the street from Bradenton beach. Just a two minute walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and other items available to use which was nice.
: The mattresses are absolute trash. I’ve stayed in motel 8’s with better beds. The property lists a fold out couch as one of the sleeping options. It was completely broken. They had replaced it with a cheap cot that was a complete joke. We did not get a good night sleep the entire trip. Also, parking is confusing… walls are paper thin, and we got to listen to a very x-rated event at 3:30 am… There is a washer and dryer available to use on your visit. Be warned, the entire house shakes when it is running and it sounds like a helicopter in the middle of the house.
