Good
Traveller Type:
  : Love location
: We were two couples and the bathroom was inside one of the rooms. Very Very Very uncomfortable..

Fair

  : bed was comfy
: we werent given the code to get the keys beforehand. the locks were also broken - keys got stuck every time when trying to lock the door. the outside was poorly maintained and construction across the street plus thin walls between units a and b made for a very noisy stay.

Poor
Traveller Type:
: There were day beds in the living area.
: Floors were filthy, roaches everywhere, microwave did not work, the front door was hard to open and close plus, the locks did not work well so we had to leave the door unlocked. The bed was too high and uncomfortable, curtain in the bedroom was too small so that when you try to close them there left a gap of about 2 ft. The only stations the TV got was either news or Dateline, maybe 6 channels and no alternative such as a DVD player or radio.

: The sliding glass door in the bedroom was broken and apparently had been for a while. There was a big gap, so it did not close properly. That felt a bit unsafe and was wasting energy. When I called to report it, the company said they knew about it. I wonder if they ever fixed it.

Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: There was human feces on the toilet upon arrival. I have submitted this along with a photograph to the vacationcx@annamaria.com staff. This was completely unacceptable.

  : It was clean.
: The rear sliding door would not completely close and could not lock. A piece of wood was used to secure the door.

Very Good
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: good location and the property as a whole was nice.
: The room I was in had very low ceilings and get out of bed was a challenge to not hit your head. The room was in the attic and had no closet to hang your clothes in. If I had another person staying with me it would be hard because theres not enough space for two people. There isnt any kitchen and the refrigerator was tiny.

Very Good

Very Good

: Single beds could be updated, no coffee filters.
