  : Excellent location for the (5) different golf courses we played, balcony view was nice, beds were comfortable, Keurig coffee maker was a plus, DirecTV was enjoyable.
  : Old Subaru vehicle parked outside, very humid inside the unit, towels stayed wet even after running the air conditioning system all night, plugs in the front bathroom were very loose and you have to hold the toilet handle down for a couple of seconds or the toilet won't flush, couldn't find any kitchen towels, back bathroom toilet seat is very loose, and the bathroom door doesn't latch closed, very musty odor, we replaced the air filter. The dining room furniture had been replaced from what you see in the picture.The items I am complaining about are minor, but if I don't mention them, the owner may not be aware of the situation.By the way, my sister was in the middle of taking a shower when we lost water, I had to finish rinsing shampoo from her hair with bottled water, wasn't the owner problem, the water was back on within a couple of hours.

  : Pod coffee but no ground coffee, so I bought my own.
  : Provide packets of ground coffee for coffeemaker. Some fresh fruit would be a plus.Not the Host's fault, but location is good for being center of Bella Vista, but hard to reach if arriving on highway 71 from the south, because you can't make a left turn into the complex. Must drive on to Trafalgar and make a U-turn, which is difficult due to traffic.Next door condo was off-putting due to the huge amount of kid's toys, bikes and potted plants that fill the front porch and sidewalk to overflowing. But the neighbors were not noisy.This condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable.
