  : I liked everything and everyone except for what I point out under "don't like"
  : THE FINE PRINT. I did not like "fine print" which should be called "tiny print" or "illegible print" which is obviously positioned to be difficult to see on the web page. Excluded from the posted LARGE PRINT price is the following: 8.5 % Tax, 4 % City tax, and a US$ 9.00 Property service charge per night. This tiny print resulted in my bill being 25% higher than what Booking Com lists as the price in LARGE PRINT. A nine dollar hidden extra "service charge" for what? The office is closed at 5 PM and sometimes randomly during the day. As far as I could tell no staff is there at night. If you check in after 5 PM, you will have to find your way in the dark, first driving to the poorly signed isolated location of the premises, then to wherever the keys are left, and then to your unit. Not a good situation for women and the elderly. The check out time is 10 AM, but no one was in the office at 10 AM when I checked out. If you call the office from your room you will have to listen to a recorded message and then leave your own recorded message. Three out of four times, no one responded to my recorded message. I found the staff to be personally very nice--but I find these other points that I have listed above to be very annoying. My opinion is that Booking Com should not allow this "$9 dollar service charge" to be posted in tiny print at the very end of the online booking process. I think that this trick is worthy of being called a "scam."

  : We loved the privacy and spaciousness.
  : The stairs to the second floor are very steep. The hand rail at the top of the stairs shows of the condo we stayed in has separated from the top step and the hand rail base and isn't very secure as a result. We ran out of toilet paper and since it was a holiday it wan't available. Fortunately we brought some.

  : Charged 200$ For smoking in room And we dont smoke Talked to them and said it smelled like it!!! There was a ashtray on deck with cigarette butts in it when we arrived got charged anyway Watch out for the scam

  : The location was great as the 6 of us were attending the annual fall craft shows. The units we had were large enough for the group. We enjoyed being able to leave a crock pot cooking for our evening meals. The deck was very relaxing after a day of walking and crowds.
  : We thought we had booked the Greens I and were very disappointed with the condo setting. With several of us with health problems, it would have been nice to have had an elevator to get to our second floor units.

  : Arrived at check-in on a Thursday at 1:00pm. Office closed. Phoned office and got a message saying they were open M-F until 5:00 pm (?). Left message for a call back. Never got one. Drove around until 4:00 pm, and then went back, the office was still closed. Called Emergency after hours number and got a message (again) saying our keys were in a lock box next to the front door. We checked into our condo and had to go back to the office (which was miraculously open) the following day before 10:00 AM to sign form or else our key card would be deactivated! Good thing we were on vacation and not here for work. Never did get a return phone call either acknowledging our original call for help. Will NOT go back.
