Disappointing

  : The bed was very comfortable. Our room number was good - #111.
  : Room was lacking! For Example, lacking a closet to hang clothes & coats; no table with chairs (had a desk with 1 chair); 1 lounge chair; toilet WAY TOO LOW! Advertised as having coffee and breakfast - NOT! Coffee machine broken for 3 weeks prior to our visit as per Manager; and no other breakfast provided. No discount offered when we signed in nor did he allow it when we inquired about it afterwards -- he said we should have asked for it at the beginning of our stay. After a 12 hour drive, our minds were only thinking of resting. We had a non-smoking room which was just that, but it was located in an area where others were smoking outside and all their smoke came rushing our way upon opening our room door. Not the most pleasant experience as expected.

  : The property could have been lot better..If the employees weren't staying on premises and acting like they're home instead of work..When we arrive the clerk had a hair bonnet on head with no bra.. he next morning when off and couldn't get back in my room..Front desk told me to stop knocking on her door..No breakfast was included..Swimming pool was very small..Only room that looked different is one show room with blue and white spread..All others have brown comforters and Smelly....False information..

  : 3 small pillows for king bed, no coffee maker in room, running my credit card for $50 deposit and suggesting another $150 for who knows what. My feet were filthy from walking around room.
