  : yes the front desk staff wanted to charge more for a room with two beds and did not want to go by my reservation that i had. t v only had three stations, sink did not work well, when you turned it on the water sprayed your clothes.

  : Nothing. I demanded a full refund after seeing the condition of the room.
  : This property is in such poor condition. Their was a broken dresser, spider webs in the window, the bathroom was extremely dirty, the pillow had hair on them, the smoke detector was taken down and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It was just awful. I was afraid to take my shoes off. After an hour of waiting for my daughter to come back and pick me up I demanded a full refund. Please choose another location, enter at your own risk, this property is horrific.

  : Way over priced for how dirty the hotel is. There was trash around every inch of the parking lot. My room constantly smelt like weed and cigarettes because of nearby rooms. The housekeeping of the actual room is horrible. Nasty floors, nasty furniture, clogged sink drain, door hard to shut. Another guest walked into my room while I was there because the front desk made them a key for my room.

  : The location. It's near a lot of things like Edisto Gardens, restaurants, Walmart and more. Where the Hotel is located, there is a nice view.
  : This use to be one of the best Hotel's in Orangeburg, but now it's one of the worst. The rooms are not cleaned, the pillows are flat, and the mattress is not that comfortable. The rooms has a stuffy smell so we come with cleaning stuff to clean the room. The sink was stopped up so we couldn't use it. They really need to do better before they are closed. Stop being cheap and put some work into your business.
