: Only stayed for 1 night but staff was nice. Very clean and lots of channels to watch on the big TV.Close to market, fast food, Pizza Hut etc.
: I stay in Best Westerns exclusively even when I travel abroad. This met all my expectations aside from the following.transients (homeless) wanter around next door to the property all the time. Not the fault of BW of course but if you want to go accross the street or to grab a big mac at Mc Donalds be ready to be asked for change. There is a bus stop next to the hotel where someone was living. Not to harp on the homlesss here, just saying it makes you a bit worrysome about your car and how safe it is around the property.The other thing was when I went to use the shower reaching to grip the water valve crank made the spout and the valve assemby shake back and fourth. Someone didn't do a proper job installing the plumbing. I was able to take a shower and the bathroom was plenty clean otherwise.

: The bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
: When you come to check in you should not be interrupted with incoming calls at check in. Friday night at 4:30 and only one person at the front counter. 25 MINUTES to check in is unacceptable. Shitty neighborhood with homeless. Breakfast was good provided you like waffles. For the price we paid for this room I could have been in downtown San Francisco not that's where I wanted to be.

: There was screaming and carrying on outside on the street. The person checking me in was more concerned with what was going on outside then helping me get checked in after telling the receptionist that I was in a hurry. Early in the morning there was more yelling from the street. Not the best neighborhood. sketchy people walking around the streets, and by McDonalds.
