Disappointing

  : Great location for our intended activities.
  : Not as advertised!!! No breakfast from a world-renowned chef. King bed was two twin beds pushed together and suite was smaller than our apartment bedroom! Stained towels. Only on street parking. No 24hr cookie jar. No cleaning service in between the two nights we stayed, and there was a huge cobweb right behind our bed with the twin bedding stuffed behind like they prepared in a rush. Ceiling fan had dust all over it. When I called ahead of time to confirm we might arrive later than 9:30pm, Rebecca was very rude and upset that I booked through an online site which costs her more money, then guilt tripped me because we would be arriving late and keeping her up when she has breast cancer and is heavily medicated! Unfortunately we could not cancel without losing all of our money. Then she stated she was closing the business at the end of May anyways, but when we arrived she told us all of the plans for the future. Very shady and poorly managed! We travel frequently and have never encountered someone so bizarre! Not worth the $.

  : Breakfast, which we were relying on, is no longer included. Don't know if the price reflected that. The owner said she was selling the place stating health issues. The place should not still be advertised as a B&B. As we were running late we called ahead several times but there was no reply.

  : The place smells musty, the decor is awful and mold in the shower. disappointing to say the least A bed and breakfast is supposed to be quaint and lovely.

  : It is on the Main Street of town
  : The front door opens onto a main room in complete disarray, furniture shoved aside and covered with boxes. The open door to a bedroom off of this room, where the owner slept, revealed a total mess. The owner walked, with difficulty, out of the kitchen and told me she was ill, had been in the hospital and was selling the place. She was not serving breakfast. The room I had was cluttered, had random bottles of soap and shampoo on the shower floor. It looked like a setting for a caricature of a horror film. For $208 a night in a small town in the middle of nowhere, this is unconscionable. This place should not be listed. Avoid Beds on Clouds.

  : The location was very good because it was only 9 minutes from the wedding we had to attend.
  : The inappropriate and horrible way we were greeted. Woman was cursing at us and cursing Booking.com. She was telling us there was no room for us when I clearly had e-mail confirmations. They had my wrong phone number and credit card information and told us others had the same problem due to Booking.com but still continued to blame us. Because they had my wrong phone number, they couldn't get in touch with me and didn't bother to have a room cleaned and ready for us. No breakfast or cookies were provided as stated when I booked.

  : Prime location for us as we wanted downtown windham! The king bed and pillows were so comfortable! And that seems rare these days! Contactless check in was great!
  : Thought it was priced a bit high. Details stated breakfast on balcony. We had never seen an employee or had coffee or the breakfast that was included. There was no details once arrived on property.
