: My first experience here. I went into a very cold room where the air conditioner was broken. As I discovered this. I noticed someone left a small speaker, a cigarette lighter and a soda cap . That indicated to me the room was not properly cleaned. I requested another room. I got sick 10 minutes after eating the flatbread pizza. The server that was making my food was also eating his ice cream from a small container. The sink and tub do not drain well. So the booking with you was great. However, I would not stay here again. Staff was pleasant. Oh, the cart I used to bring up my items was broken. The poles kept coming out as I was pushing the cart. The next day. I saw a guest with the same cart and was going to complain. My experience with the booking was great. Thank you!

: The hotel was a good price and convenient for a one night stay. The hotel store had good snack options.
: This hotel was very inconsistent with their amenities and features. I traveled here with family for the night before my wedding. The deadbolt on my door was broken and my room door would not close thoroughly without manually pushing the deadbolt back in (very dangerous). My aunt's room had 2 locks on it whereas my room and my mother's room only had one. She also had an issue with her tv not coming on and the staff told her to "wait it out". On top of that, the front desk mentioned breakfast during check in, only to find out the following morning that no hot breakfast was being served to guests, only juice and pastries. I will not be staying here anymore and don't really recommend this place unless you are in a bind and need a room in this area.

: Hot tub was not working, pool looked dirty and handicapped lift was rusted. No lifeguard. Downstairs cafe staff wasn't hospitable. Not accommodating. Food too expensive.
