  : Breakfast was ok Oatmeal was hard as a rock stuck to toast
  : No TV remote. Was told it probably was taken by previous guest and could not be replaced. Stayed 2 nights and room was not made in between. Half the usb ports don’t work. Room was more tired than we were After check in ran into one of the janitors who was smoking at the entrance under the portico and spitting right on the pavers. Disgusting

  : The rooms were nice, and clean. The location is good, and close to everything you could possibly want.
  : The hallways were dirty, weren’t vacuumed our entire stay, and very loud. They are dog friendly and it shows. The grounds aren’t maintained very well, and people do not pick up after their pets, so walking your own can be a bit of a hopscotch. The staff wasn’t very friendly. No one really smiled or said hello. When we asked for extra towels (there are only 3 in a room that sleeps 6) we were told they were out.They have an “incidental charge” that they don’t tell you about either on booking or at checkin. They just run your card and place a hold on it for however long. Still haven’t gotten mine back, or even what could be described as an “incidental”.

  : Location, friendly staff, lobby amenities, breakfast, they were able to grant my request for next door rooms.
  : A small portion of the ceiling above the shower head was hanging down - as if it had been patched/repaired but didn’t hold. I notified the front desk immediately and they said a repairman would fix it that evening. No one came to fix it. By morning (sometime in the night) the hanging piece had fallen into the tub. I notified the staff at checkout and showed photos of the ceiling upon checkin and checkout.

  : Location is absolutely perfect. Its central to anywhere you want to go and easy access to dinner options.
  : It was the darkest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was terribly dark since the lighting is behind you when you're at the sink/counter space, so it was very difficult to manage at night. The air conditioner is in a closet in the bedroom and was incredibly loud. The entire family woke up every time it turned on and off. We were also not informed at check-in that there is not a daily cleaning service. If you want a family of 4 to reuse towels for a few days, more space to hang them to dry would have been helpful, there is only 1 towel bar.
