: The lady at the front desk.
: The very strong smell of urine in one of the two rooms available and the very strong smell of mold and mildew in the second. Filthy throughout, women that appeared to be prostitutes throughout the parking lot and across the street. No elevator, poor lighting, stained sheets, dirty towels, did not stay—staff said they understood why we would not stay and provided receipt to prove we would not be charged. This hotel is not up to booking.com’s standards and I would strongly suggest you discontinue offering. I am sure I am not the first person to leave without staying, very shady and I felt our safety was in jeopardy. Please refund full amount for stay.

: It is a standard chain hotel, nothing special. The staff was helpful , and gave us one of the best rooms. Plus a yoga mat for exercising.The breakfast was standard , but had everything we needed.

: I was given a room which there was a water problem above. Instead of calling my room they placed a note under my door the next morning saying the annex that my room was in didn't have any water running. They assigned another room which was not clean properly to wash up and use the toilet when they could give me another for my stay.

: I think I just looked the location.
: The swimming pool or the bathroom near the pool didn't have a shower for raising off before entering the pool. The pool wasn't clean. There was a layer of floating skin grease and hair floating.The towels were linty on every wipe down – I have some Cotton residue from the towel.Some of the towels and bath mats had concern stains; hard to tell it was blood from previous reservation. So I didn't use the bath mat and I used a towel as a mat instead.Let's get one thing straight, almost every hotel power outlets I've been forced to the point that powered actors don't stay in the socket
