  : I used the hotel as a bed and a breakfast. It met those criteria well. As far as picturesque, its not, but it served my needs. The overnight staff was friendly and helpful.
  : Grounds were need of repair. Big hole in driveway that filled with water. There was a water leak in the lower south hall that had overflowing buckets and a wet carpet. I understand these problems arise, but no work was done while I stayed there.

  : The room was very affordable and clean. It's located right off I-25 and although the lobby smell was off-putting, the room didn't smell at all. The free breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.
  : The pool area wasn't in good condition. There were ceiling tiles missing, and the heater was broken so we didn't go in. The hotel lobby smelled weird and the rooms were pretty outdated.

  : *MY TWO YOYNG BOYS AND I STAYED HERE FOR 3 NIGHTS AND 4 DAYS!!!!*I promise I am not that picky and can handle mostly anything situation I put myself in but… this was a hard place to stay at. First off… the fire alarms went off in total 6 times in our three night stay… all of which were “technical difficulties” no one evacuated. My family and I were in the pool and the alarm went off. We immediately got out and ran to the front and it was laughed off and we were told it was a “mistake” and we were okay to go about our day. We got back to the pool and it went off again. I’m sure from here you can guess how it went. Later that night around 10:30pm it went off again and was handled and we were told it was a false alarm again. The next day about the same thing happened again…..From there I’d like to add….. No secured outside doors-anyone can come into hotel through side doors. Construction and dirty spaces throughout entire hotel with no warning or signsVery bad smells throughout hotel- vomit and mildew smells throughout Broken doors/ handles in roomVery cheap put together room…. Very awkward cheap cut curtains that blocked the air/heat No hot water in shower/ bath plug and shower head broken Toilet clogged dailyTHE POOL IS EXTREMELY COLD!!!!! Very few breakfast items available and in MY opinion no effort put into it for the price you probably payStaff was very sparsely available at any time of day

  : Great staff, comfortable rooms and quiet area.
  : Breakfast wasn’t good. Fire alarm issues. We were notified by the front desk about the fire alarm issue on floor one, so she made sure to move us to floor 2. Fire alarm still went off very early in the morning. It’s definitely not an experience you want after traveling thousands of miles to rest and then have to be woken up by the alarms with little ones. Had a difficult road trip that day with my 10 month old and 4 year old.

  : The lobby, breakfast area, and room appeared clean. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
  : The front desk staff apparently gave out keys that worked on multiple rooms. We were with a large group and they noticed that some of their keys opened up to three rooms. So, we were told to latch the lock, but ours was broken. The light in the elevator was burnt out, so it was scary. The tv was ridiculously small. There was no clock. The air conditioning in our room did not work, when I turned it on, the fans screamed and a metallic odor filled the room. There was a room on the first floor where the fire alarm went off for our entire stay. The highway noise was SO loud. The ice machine was not working and the vending machine was empty. There was a sign at check in that said housekeeping was only available upon request. So, since we were only staying one night, we obviously didn’t request it. Yet, we were still woken up early with the metallic clanging on the door and the housekeeper attempting to come in.
