: The person who checked me in was so nice.
: I was there about 45 minutes and started getting bites on my body. Not sure what it was but I left. I was fully refunded my room cost which was good, but the facility is run down. My bathroom window had cob webs all over it, it was dirty too in around the bed frame. It was very disappointing as the pictures on Booking.com do not reflect the actual rooms. The grounds are not clean or manicured. The cafe food was not good either. Very disappointing after such a long day traveling. I had to drive on to Redding to get a room.

: The bed was comfortable.
: Hated to room. Bath was very small, just one wash cloth supplied. Pillows were cheap and flat, again just two small one supplied. Was to have a microwave and it did not! Room was very noisy, could hear most of what our neighbors were doing and saying. This is the worst facility we've stayed in the last 5 years, no contest. Thought we would give them a chance as a privately owned business. We should have spent the extra money for a known better place. The manager/owner tried comparing the motel to "Motel 6", which confirmed this rating. We won't stay at a facility with a number in it. We are seasoned travelers and have stayed in hundreds of locations, this is the most disappointing.

: We have stopped many times at the Hi-Lo Cafe so decided to stay overnight this time too. The room was old, old, old … and spotlessly clean, no bad smell at all, and very comfortable bed. I was surprised at how many rooms there are — from the road it looks small, but it has lots of rooms plus an RV park in the back. We took a nice walk around town after driving all day. Felt very safe even though not much is happening in Weed.
: Everything was just fine for what it was — a clean room to sleep overnight on our way to somewhere else! And Hi-Lo Cafe breakfast is always a win!
