: Hotel was clean!
: I booked 2 rooms, when we got there to check each family was paying for their own. However my card was pre authorized for the 2 rooms. They ended up charging me for both rooms even though they told me the pre authorization would fall off and final charge would be 1 room!

: The toiletries in room were almost empty. There was water on room floor when we entered the room.

: Staff was friendly and helpful. their free cookies upfront were soft and yummy! Breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast! jacuzzi bathtub is always great, bed was comfy and the location was directly next to a ton of restaurants and things to do! Definitely a good place to stay if you’re passing through. we stayed and attended lost island which was about a 10 minute drive apart from the hotel so super convenient!
: the cleaning services didn’t do the best jobs. we went and bought dollar store cleaning products to wipe the jacuzzi tub out and bought a jet cleaning pack and allowed it to run before we even used it because the bathtub was quite disgusting. The sheets were cleaned, but there were stains on them so I think it’s time the hotel retired them. also this white powdery stuff was all over everything. the bed skirt, the tv stand, bath tub, floor.. it was a bit odd. also the hallway ceilings had lots of water damage and there was an active leak in the hallway where they had a big bucket.
