  : The room (116) is nice and big, 3 of us shared it, the beds were comfortable, nice soft sheets, beds made nicely, the towels were fresh, bathtub/sink/toilet nice and clean. This tub and its fixtures were in better repair than the room we had 2 weeks ago, too. Working fridge/freezer, microwave worked well, too. A better thing was that this time the waffle iron DID work, which was lovely, fresh hot waffles with butter and syrup. Cereal and milk, little muffins, pastries, orange juice, (I think there were packets of oatmeal?) very good coffee (available all the time, so far as I know!) Sweet staff, beautiful flowers everywhere, GREAT VALUE!! Close to I-95, convenient.
  : The ONLY thing not great was this musty smell when we first walked in, which didn't happen with the first room we'd had (2 weeks ago.)

  : I liked the home feeling on the outside! Plants were beautifulBeds were comfy!
  : The fact that our shower was broken and he gave us a bucket (a dirty one) to pour on ourselves. We kinda thought this was funny, ended up going and buying our own bucket because no way we were using the dirty one. He said he could not offer us anything for this inconvenience. He told us we can check out and find another place or just use a bucket.

  : Decently kept property, nothing special, room was clean and spacious for 3 of us, and even though the bathroom is a bit dated (tub in particular, with water fixtures loose from the wall) but the shower was powerful and lots of hot water. Beds were comfortable, etc. Fridge in the room, and a microwave. Good coffee machine in the lobby.So many reviews mention the lovely flowers, and that was a nice touch. Another weird thing, I'd booked way ahead of time for our overnight stay, and when I checked less than a week before the trip, the price had dropped, so I rebooked and canceled the original booking, saving some money, so be aware that this could happen and double check. Also, I had to double check that our room was first floor, since we were traveling with someone with mobility issues, and I had a hard time finding places with "handicapped access" features.
  : The only disappointment was the extremely tiny area provided for breakfast, it was actually just an afterthought in the lobby area, with 3 small tables that might each accommodate 2 people. Seriously undersized for a hotel with that many rooms. It was sooooooooo cramped in the morning with checkouts and people trying to get even a cup of coffee. Breakfast was less than mediocre, the waffle iron did not work...no fruit, pretty much cereal, milk and some OJ. Toaster and bread...very sparse. The coffee machine was good, though. I wish these websites would respect reviewers' comments and change the "breakfast included" to a more concise description. A few places we've stayed via Booking.com, as well as the Hotels.com website, are inaccurate about filtering features (breakfast, in particular! We've booked places that supposedly included breakfast that didn't even have coffee available...stinko.)

  : The breakfast options were limited to cookies and cereal and drinks. They should consider adding eggs to the breakfast menu.
  : The front desk could not find my reservation, so I had to pay again at the hotel. It took about two months to get a refund for my initial payment through Booking.com. This was a very disappointing experience with Booking.com.
