  : Great cabin, convenient by car to Waitsfield and tons of beautiful hiking. Plenty of room for our family of four (two teenagers, who each needed their own space) with a beautiful spacious living room for lounging together to watch movies and make s'mores in the fireplace. Kitchen was well-equipped with dishes and drip coffeemaker, filters in the cabinet. Very clean and peaceful. We enjoyed eating at the exceptional cremee place (dairy bar) in Waitsfield and getting take-out, and also visiting Tempest Books. Electric vehicle charging stations available at the shopping center in town. Waterbury and Stowe are not that far away.
  : On a surprisingly busy road, with no shoulder and traffic that was too frequent and fast for me to be comfortable walking the dog or running, so we had to drive to trailheads for hiking, even those that were in walking distance. Kitchen was almost too dim to cook in; more light overhead would be very helpful. Mattress not great in the upstairs (queen) room; too soft. Bathrooms clean and up to date. We appreciated the toiletries. More information about local attractions and restaurants would be valuable; there was very little provided. We hope that soon properties like this one will be equipped for charging electric vehicles!
