Waterfront Vineyard Haven Home near Main Street!

  : The location is excellent. Just a short distance from the VH ferry and 5 corners and a short ride to Oak Bluffs. Close to the Black Dog Tavern. Gorgeous view of Lagoon Pond and very nice neighbors. Our neighbors Ben and Tim took us out on their boat to catch the sunset over VH harbor.
  : So the house is fine but a little bit old. Kitchen is great and there are 5 useable bedrooms so we had plenty of space. My only gripe is the house was a tad mildewy and my allergies were irritated. I took my allergy meds and we aired out the place the first night. Also, the screen door in the kitchen needs repairing. Most of the time We kept the sliding glass door open and because the screen is open at the top we had bugs flying in. Overall the house is just fine fir the price and the view from the backyard makes it all worth it!!!
