  : The first impression was a dirty dingy rusty door. It didn't get better when we went inside. Dirty rusty patio furniture/ missing porch railing broken slider door handle / slider door was very hard to open / the king size bed in the master was very worn out it had 2 worn spots very uncomfortable / ice maker in freezer does not work/ dirty dingy kitchen cabinets / the cabinet over has left over food items and mold growing/ missing Tv in the 2nd bedroom/ broken doors on the utility closet . We where very disappointed in the condition of this condo. The only plus was the location very close to the beach and walking distance from many restaurant's and bars

  : The check - in/check out timing was not convenient. 11 am check in - 11 am checks out would be very much appreciated.
