  : Actually, I was refused to allowing me to checkin!! I have a CONFORMED reservation via booking.com with me and in the hotel's system at the time. However, when I all the way drove to the property, The female staff named Bridgett did not honor my reservation. Instead, she told me that there is NO ROOM for me! She blamed this was booking.com's fault and asked to call the booking site. I called the customer service of the hotel chain. They didn't want to address the problem of failing to honor the valid reservation too but ask me to call the booking site... The common sense is that booking site acts as an agent and have no way to know the vacancy situation and fully relay on the hotel. So this is something that I have never experienced. TO me, this is hotel's problem and the hotel chain did not even make an apology. Based on my terrible experience with the hotel, I don't recommend this property at all.
