  : That we were able to get a room last minute----but a better rate on booking.com and the in person rate was $100 higher for taxes.
  : We had 4 adults and 3 shower towels, 1 wash cloth. Asked for more never got. 10 hours later asked for more towels and was told that the supervisor just put them in the wash, and it would be an hour and half....who does this?Bathroom toilet and shower area were only the length of the shower and toilet not an inch extra. Hot tub was not working nor was an out of order sign on it.Pool lacked care on cleanliness and the desire to want to swim. Let ear buds in the room and of course they were not found, unethical cleaning crew. They blamed the next renters of the room for taking them, where the cleaning people would have saw them first.I was disgusted in the lack of quality this hotel had in Traverse City. 2 doors to enter the room one outside and the other inside the hallway. The outside one had huge spider web on it taking most of the top door over.Needless to say, this place needs renovations over winter!!!

  : The place was filthy. Our room was non smoking but the whole building smelled like an ashtray. Trash all over out side the building. They gave another couple the same room and they were able to open our door and walk in. Had an issue with keys again the next day. Would never stay there again

  : Economical and close to everything. If you are budgeting or have kids, this is a good spot, but if you want to spend top dollar, there are many opportunities within the area. We didn't stay in the hotel but to sleep, we enjoyed the modest breakfast and Loved the entire TC area.
  : The hotel stays full and always is revolving with guests, maybe a dumpster in the rear and get rid of any plastic furniture.

  : Very understaffed We had four people in our group, we booked a room with two Queen beds. When we entered our room, we noticed there was small flying insects on the beds and hundreds more on the ceiling. We told the front desk clerk and she sent someone to our room to clean it, when he came in and seen the situation, he walked out of our room. we went to the receptionist, and she ended up putting us in a room with two double beds. We didn't have enough linens for our group in the original room and not enough for the second room. The receptionist told us to go to our original room to get them and bring them to our second room { wasn't our job to get them } We weren't compensated for going to a smaller room. They had signs posted as a non smoking facility, the hallways had a strong order of weed. The breakfast wasn't as advertised {nothing hot} just bagels and cereal. We stayed for two nights, the second day we ask for clean wash cloths,and they didn't have any. The clerk said they didn't have enough help to wash any dirty linens Very dissatisfied for what we had to pay for our room
