  : Where do I even start? The service was really bad. The lady at reception was cold and aloof, she was very unfriendly and showed an unwillingness to help with any enquiries. I had the impression that she felt she was doing us a favour by helping us.The room was number 33, in the corner, it was dark, stuffy and the floors were dirty. The decor was very outdated and it was frustrating that the shower hardly provided any water at all. The room is in dire need of renovations! The wifi signal was very poor. We were with kids, meaning that the pool was a reason why we booked, however it was green. The playground facilities on site were poor and shaky, I felt unsafe letting my son use those. This hotel does not serve a continental breakfast as advertised!!!!! There was one waffle machine which took almost 3 minutes to produce a waffle and a line of guests with no real breakfast alternatives with the exception of a few slices of bread available. No muffins. Some basic whole fruit were available. There was no hot water and when I asked for milk, I was told there isn’t any! On the second morning I didn’t even bother going for breakfast!! This hotel was probably the worst I have ever stayed in!! And I have travelled a lot. Avoid this hotel!!!!

  : I am very disappointed at the people at front desk. Not friendly. When I asked for a copy of the receipt I was told they could not provide , as I booked from booking.com. But I book all my hotels via booking. But never had problems with getting a receipt before.

  : The outside panorama is beautiful.
  : We had reserved ahead of time & upon arrival our room was very hot, the ac was not on to start cooling down the room for guest arrival. It was 4 of us & there was only half used toilet paper, I had to go down the office to request more toilet paper after it was all used; they ONLY GAVE ME ONE!, & that was it. Also SPIDERS IN THE BATHROOM TOWELS, I took videos. The window screen in the bathroom was damaged; it had a big opening at the top, I assume that’s where the spiders were getting in through. Also when showering , the water in the shower tub would start fine but then would change to very cold & then hot again. This kept happening every time each of us would take a shower. trash in the room was never picked up not even once while our stay, trash containers were full to the top. Bathroom toilet was dirty, please see pictures. Hair dryer was on the floor when we arrived.
