  : Nothing was good because the day of our vacation I was called and they “upgraded “ us...... I should have stopped and made some calls to booking because they said I couldn’t cancel. I went to the new assigned property and it was a dump!! I got scammed! I paid fir three nights in this cottage and was given a house of horrible memories. We left the next day and I was going to only pay for one night. That was a lie ..... my $$$$$ they kept all of it and you can’t get anyone to take responsibility. Don’t do business with these people!! Going to file a report to the BBB because they robbed my family the week of spring break!!! Yes this was peak time I paid for and got nothing!!!! Don’t be fooled!!!

  : The WiFi connection was excellent and give us opportunity to continue working in our homework and some computer duties .
  : I have to clean before to set up my stuff, I found trash under the beds and the sheets have a bad smell . The AC filters are dirty . The restroom was dirty as well. Even the simple door glass that goes to the balcony was dirty .
