  : it did not have advertised features. it promised oven, flatscreen television and internet. it had none of the above. also was not able to get through to after hours line.

  : It was a nice condo. Great location to the pool. Very spacious
  : I was told upon arrival that one of the cleaning staff had an accident. (I hope they were ok) obviously uncontrollable however it took nearly 3 hours past my check in time for us to be able to check in. Then when I called the after hours to talk to staff about this problem (me wanting to get in to my room) I lost signal and called right back on my daughters phone but I was ignored for nearly 15 mins! Thank God my neighbor showed up called from her phone and left a message and got a phone call right away. She let me speak to them and finally I was able to get in. It seems as if maybe they would have cared to give a courtesy call maybe to say sorry for the inconvenience, how are things going now that u have gotten in? Nope. Nothing oh but I did get at least 3 emails to remind me to promptly check out by 10! I don’t plan to use Sloan realtors anytime in the near future.

  : The room was dirty and the beds were not made and the towels I. The bathroom were nasty as well. Who ever cleans the property did a horrible job
